As our family home for almost two decades, we have celebrated many Christmas, birthday, graduation and reunion celebrations at Eagles Nest over the years, and we just knew our guests would love celebrating here as much as we have.
From family reunions, baby showers, intimate milestone birthdays and family Christmases, Eagles Nest provides a truly special backdrop for personal gatherings.
With a multitude of indoor and outdoor spaces, our large, contemporary home, has the ability to sleep up to 16 guests in the 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 7 balcony house, set on 120-acres.
Ultimately private, yet easily accessible, Eagles Nest is just 10-minutes from vibrant local town, Mullumbimby; 15-minutes from Brunswick Heads’ pristine beaches; 25-minutes from the heart of bustling Byron Bay; and just 40-50 minutes from Ballina and Gold Coast airports.
Note:
Eagles Nest is not suited to wild parties, bucks / all male groups, schoolies, 18th or 21st birthdays - sorry - our insurance will not cover and the property is not conducive.
Only guests that are booked to stay are permitted to the house/property, unless prior consent is approved by owners.

“Wow! Fantastic place especially for a celebration of my mums 70th. The house is so well organised for a large group - loads of character, loads of room to spread out, fantastic pool altho the weather meant we couldn't swim - but the location and views are the star attraction! Could not fault this experience and Kristen is extremely helpful and accommodating. We unfortunately caught the tail end of Cyclone Debbie and had to leave a day early but we have been welcomed back another time as her guests which is such a lovely gesture! Although the house feels like you're miles from everywhere it is only 10 min drive from Mullumbimby and 25 from Byron Bay - a truly great spot. Highly recommend it. best place to celebrate a special occasion - thank you!!”
